    The Company

    Live Template Editor (LTPLE) is a web application developed by allowing Web Designers,  Agency and Template Resellers to turn a portfolio of pre-built templates into a fully featured SaaS (Software as a Service).


    Job Summary


    You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of various digital projects, including site launches, technical documentation, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns. As a Digital Project Coordinator, you will also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with a range of different people including clients.


    Job Description


    • Project scoping: understanding what the client needs by obtaining a clear brief
    • Tailoring the content and style of individual writing assignments according to their purpose – whether they are intended to sell or inform
    • Understanding the target audience interests identifying the main thing that you want the reader to feel and do and how to communicate this powerfully
    • Working with the creative team to ensure that the visual elements of the webpage complement the words
    • Writing for web pages, blogs, as well as for social media and forum
    • Identifying fresh and interesting angles for your contents
    • Assisting with business pitches to win new clients or projects
    • Create responsive website layouts using modern HTML/CSS practice
    • Creating banners, email models and landing pages which drive leads and increase customer retention
    • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code able to work across multiple browsers and compatible with the Live Template Editor
    • Choose layouts and elements to increase visual appeal and fit with the niche requirements of the distribution website
    • Improve the user experience and user engagement
    • Client liaison: from set-up to completion, you’ll be checking in with the client regularly by email
    • Developing and writing proposals
    • Conducting design and implementation reviews
    • Examining, researching, and resolving common issues
    • Maintaining project and technical documentation
    • Following production, quality, and customer-service standard
    • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proven work experience in content writing in English
    • Experience with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and solving simple code problems
    • Able to build templates as well as modifying existing templates
    • Proficiency in WordPress and optionally Bootstrap library
    • Experience with responsive and adaptive design
    • An understanding of digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
    • Strong listening skills, so that you can understand the need and effectively develop a project brief
    • Excellent writing ability, including the ability to write in different styles and to other people’s direction
    • Good research and analytical skills to gain an accurate understanding of the subject in question
    • The organizational ability to manage multiple projects
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
    • The ability to work independently and flexible
    • Good attention to detail, including the ability to proof-read your own and others’ work
    • Strong interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of different people including clients



    Fixed base following local ranges and depending on experience plus Sales Commissions
